Blake was rescued from a dog tonic shop in Korea last January. The dog tonic, Gaesoju in Korean, is a drink that is made with dog meat and herbs. Many people in Korea consider it as health supplement. He was one of the seven puppies who were locked in a cage in front of the shop. When a puppy is selected by a customer, he/she is killed for Gaesoju. Luckily the seven puppies were all rescued and are waiting for their forever families.

Rain and Jessie are two of the 7 puppies who have been adopted by wonderful families in Canada. Now it’s Blake’s turn.

Blake is very affectionate, friendly, playful and of course very good with other dogs.

Blake and his brother Tom are coming to Vancouver on July 7th and will attend the adoption event. If you are interested in him, please submit your application. This cutiepie might get adopted even before his arrival.
