Get monthly updates about dogs like Yijoong and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.

In the summer of 2021, Yijoong and his siblings were rescued from the streets just in time before facing euthanization. He spent over a year in a shelter before finding his foster home with a loving dog family.

Described as mellow, sweet, and friendly by his foster parent, Yijoong is a tidy boy who prefers not to make a mess. He’s house-trained and will use indoor peepads if his foster parents come home late from work.

Yijoong is a patient and quiet dog who hasn’t shown signs of separation anxiety. He enjoys playing with toys and waits patiently for his foster parent to return. Additionally, he has been to daycare and boarding facilities with his foster parent, and he has interacted well with other dogs, managing the situation without any issues.

Going out for walks with his foster sister and parent is his favorite activity, and he gets along well with other dogs he meets on the street.

With his friendly and affectionate personality, Yijoong is great with people, including children. He doesn’t mind gentle touches and sits patiently for pets.

Yijoong’s ideal adopter is someone who works from home or is retired and has a friendly dog for Yijoong to play with. He has a gentle and docile personality, making him a wonderful addition to any family. Whoever adopts Yijoong will be very lucky to have him.
