Sua

Note: Sua is currently with a foster family in Barrie, ON

Sua was rescued from a high kill shelter in Masan, Korea last summer. After she was rescued, she lived in a boarding house with other dogs until she left Korea and flew to Canada.

She is your classic “modern day lady”, in doggy form! Sua is loving, friendly, and sweet, but also bold, independent, strong willed, and sometimes stubborn. She loves to be around people and gets along well with other dogs, although she is better matched with more submissive and laid back personalities. She is currently fostered with another dog who is timid and more submissive.

Sua would be best in a home with people who have experience with dogs and can provide her with structure, leadership, and consistency in letting her know “whatever Sua wants, Sua is not always entitled to.” If she is in a home with another dog, strong leadership would be required to ensure she does not overstep her boundaries.

She would also benefit from a house with a yard, or with an active family who could provide her ample exercise and would include her in their outdoor adventures. She loves to run, sniff, and explore but is still working on her leash manners. Sua is a girl who likes to keep mentally and physically stimulated.

Vaccination Details

DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heartworm prevention are all done.
