Soonam was discovered in front of a city pound last winter, appearing sad and confused. We observed that his right eye was a prosthetic, an artificial eye created to replace a missing or damaged natural eye. It is mainly for aesthetic purposes. After consulting with our vet, we agreed to remove it.  It was necessary to prevent potential complications such as infection and discomfort. The procedure was successful and Soonam is recovering well.

True to his name, Soonnam, which means “gentle boy” in Korean, he embodies gentleness, obedience, and a calm demeanor. He is well-behaved and easily gets along with everyone, including other dogs. He displays submissive behavior and indifference in most situations. But obviously, his favorite thing is to spend time with his humans.

The ideal family for Soonam would be someone who is retired or works from home, allowing for ample time to spend with him. He thrives in a tranquil environment and craves attention, love, and care. Whoever has the privilege of adopting this beautiful soul will be truly lucky.

Soonnam’s adoption fee is $560.
