After being rescued from the streets of a small village last year, Rumi was sent to a high-kill shelter where her chances of finding a forever home were slim. Fortunately, she was saved from euthanasia and lived at our boarding house with other dogs until she left Korea.
Rumi is an incredibly sociable and friendly dog who loves spending time with people and other dogs. She’s been outgoing and confident since the day she arrived at the boarding house.
As a husky, Rumi has a lot to offer. She’s affectionate, intelligent, and full of energy. Huskies thrive on human company but require firm yet gentle training. Rumi has a lot of love to give and enjoys hiking, running, and spending time with her humans.
For anyone who has experience with huskies or similar breeds, and understands their needs, Rumi would be a great match.
