**Note: Rosa is available for adoption in Toronto. Her flight from Korea to Toronto is scheduled for May 26.
Background: Rosa was rescued from a city pound in Iksan, Korea. She previously stayed at another boarding house, but in early spring, she moved to our partner boarding house where she now lives with other dogs.
Personality: Rosa is a sociable, friendly, and affectionate girl. She has a moderate level of energy and is quite easy to get along with.
Behaviors: Rosa walks well on a leash and is ok with a car ride and baths. Indoors, she is pretty quiet and well-behaved, not causing any destruction. She is well-mannered and tends to avoid getting into trouble.
Socialization: Rosa is very sociable and friendly and gets along well with other dogs. She interacts positively with dogs of all sizes and personalities. She shows no fear towards strangers and is comfortable around people, including men. Once familiar with someone, she becomes very affectionate, sweet, and playful. Rosa has not interacted with cats or young children.
Health: Rosa recently had a lump removed from her head. She went through a comprehensive veterinary check-up and has been given a clean bill of health with no issues. She has been spayed, microchipped, and is current on all vaccinations. She also receives monthly parasite preventatives.
Ideal Home: Rosa would thrive in a home where the owner leads a relaxed lifestyle and has plenty of time to spend with her. She is friendly and adores people above all else. Rosa would be suitable for a first-time dog parent or even as a second dog. Her amiable and easy-going nature makes her an ideal companion.
