Background
Roky was rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation. He was one of 19 dogs abandoned in a parking lot. Since then, he’s been under our care and is now waiting for his forever home. He currently lives at our boarding house with other rescue dogs.
Personality & Socialization
Roky is a mellow, gentle soul with medium energy. He gets along well with people but especially loves the company of small, friendly dogs. His favorite thing in the world is cuddling with other gentle pups. Around people, he’s sweet, affectionate, and calm—just a very easygoing, loving boy.
Behaviour
Roky is well-mannered and easy to handle. He’s good in the car, cooperative at the vet, and calm during bath time. He walks nicely on a leash and follows his person with ease.
Health & Diet
Roky is neutered, fully vaccinated, and takes monthly parasite preventatives. He eats dry food twice a day and has no known allergies. One important note: Roky has been devocalized—likely by a previous owner—which means he can bark, but no barking sound comes out. While it’s heartbreaking, it hasn’t affected his sweet and gentle nature.
Ideal Home
Roky would thrive in a quiet, loving home with another gentle small dog he can cuddle and bond with. He’s a perfect match for someone looking for a calm, affectionate companion. Roky may have had a rough start, but he’s ready to give all his love to a family who truly cares.
Roky is available for adoption. The fee to adopt Roky is $780.
Note: US adopters are responsible for customs clearance fee, which is approximately $140 USD.
