Meet Popi, a survivor with a heart full of love. She has come a long way from her challenging past. Popi was one of the fortunate 1,400 dogs rescued from a harsh life in a puppy mill in Hwasung, Korea, in September. In that tough environment, she endured confinement in a dark, dirty cage, deprived of fresh air and sunlight, and was forced to have puppies for profit. But thanks to the dedication of compassionate souls and a remarkable rescue mission, Popi’s fate took a turn for the better.

Popi joined our family just a short while ago, and she’s already had thorough vet check-ups to make sure she’s in great health and ready for her forever home. What makes Popi special is her friendly and playful personality. She gets along wonderfully with other dogs, especially the little ones, and she’s also very loving and sweet with people. Her happiness shines through, and her heart is full of love, waiting to be shared with her future family.

As a survivor of a puppy mill, Popi is still learning the ropes. She’s making progress with pee-pad training and getting used to a leash, but she’ll need some patience and understanding from her new family as she adjusts to everyday life.
