In early spring this year, Poni was rescued from a situation of neglect. Initially, he was taken to his grandmother’s home in the countryside by a family member from Seoul. Unfortunately, he was tied to a pole and frequently left alone without food and water for several days.
Since his rescue, Poni has been in various boarding houses and foster homes. This constant moving has heightened his anxiety over the past eight months. Recently, Poni joined our partner boarding house. Initially, he was nervous and anxious, craving human companionship. His favorite thing is to relax on people’s laps, feeling secure.
Poni is an incredibly affectionate and friendly dog. He enjoys the company of other gentle and kind dogs but is intimidated by those who are bossy or aggressive. His true joy, however, lies in being with people.
Poni completed heartworm treatments and vet checkups: he is healthy and ready for his forever home.
The ideal home for Poni would be with a small family where someone is always at home, as he experiences separation anxiety. Poni is a wonderful baby, longing for a family to give all his love to.
