Get monthly updates about dogs like Moro and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.
Moro was rescued with her siblings from the countryside of Paju in December 2022. She has spent the past year with a foster family, forming a deep bond with them and eagerly waiting for her forever home. Moro lives with a nice older couple in their 70s and sees their daughters on weekends. She also has another puppy in the house.
Moro’s personality really shines when she’s around people she knows and trusts. She’s shy around strangers, but she forms strong bonds with those she becomes familiar with. Moro lives peacefully with another dog in her foster home, often imitating and following her older dog companion. She enjoys her daily walks and loves playing with toys, particularly dolls.
In terms of health and eating habits, Moro prefers regular dog food, beef, and chicken, and thankfully shows no signs of food allergies. However, she does experience motion sickness on car rides that last longer than 20 minutes. Recently, she has become more accepting of teeth brushing, an activity that initially scared her.
As a young dog, Moro experienced separation anxiety, but this has improved significantly over time. She used to be a bit shy around men, but now she is comfortable with men she knows, including her foster parents.
Bonding with Moro requires a slow and reassuring approach. She needs a patient and understanding owner who can gently help her overcome her fears without overwhelming her. Moro is a sweet soul looking for a patient and loving forever home where she can feel safe and grow in confidence. If you think you can provide the gentle care and stable environment she needs, Moro might just be the perfect addition to your family.
Moro is available for adoption. The fee to adopt Moro is $780.
