Mico was found tethered to a pole without water or food in a small village last winter. Thankfully, he was discovered by one of our shelter volunteers. Through her persistent care and persuasion, Mico’s former owner finally surrendered him. Mico now resides at our partner boarding house with his furry friends.
Initially, a checkup revealed Mico had heartworms. But he completed his heartworm treatments and is now healthy and eagerly awaiting his forever home. Mico is really friendly and gets along well with other dogs. He’s calm and happy, and he doesn’t try to be bossy or jealous. He brings a peaceful and joyful vibe to every situation he’s in.
Beyond his easy-going personality and friendliness, Mico is also great with people. His cuddly nature and boundless affection have endeared him to our volunteers, who relish the moments spent in his company.
The perfect match for Mico is an individual who can offer him the gift of time – someone who understands that his happiness is inextricably linked to human companionship. In return, Mico promises to fill every moment with unconditional love and an uncontainable zest for life.
