Maruchi

Background: Maruchi was rescued from a puppy mill in Namyangju, Korea earlier this month. He lived in a confined, dirty cage where no light penetrated. Enduring a life of darkness and forced breeding for profit, Maruchi’s journey is one of resilience and hope.

Personality and Socialization: Maruchi is very playful and sociable. He has high energy and loves to play and wants human companionship. He gets along well with other dogs, especially with small dogs, not have much experience with large dogs. Maruchi is very affectionate and loving. He loves to get attention and get petted. He is comfortable with people but lacks exposure to young children and cats.

Behaviors: Maruchi is currently learning to use pee-pads and is getting better at it. While he’s not used to leashes yet, he enjoys spending time outdoors and relaxing. Maruchi really enjoys playing with toys and doesn’t mind baths or grooming. He’s also been okay with car rides.

Health: Having undergone thorough veterinary care, including vaccinations, microchipping and neutering, Maruchi receives monthly internal and external parasite preventatives to ensure his well-being. With a clean bill of health, he stands ready for a loving forever home.
