Maddy

Maddy was found in a small village alongside her sibling in the summer of 2021, They were sent to a highkill shelter but rescued before being euthanized.  Since then, Maddy has been living in a shelter, patiently waiting for her forever home.

In the photos and videos, Maddy’s friendly and affectionate nature shines brightly. She is an adorable girl, forming strong bonds with both people and her fellow canine companions once she gets to know them. Although she might be a little shy around strangers, especially men, all she needs is a bit of time and patience to warm up and reveal her loving personality. Once comfortable, Maddy transforms into an absolute cuddle bug, showering her trusted humans with love and affection.

One of the things she’s currently learning is how to walk on a leash. As she is still relatively new to this experience, she may feel a bit nervous when going outside while wearing a leash. For her future home, an ideal setting would be a house with a secure backyard, as this would facilitate a smoother transition for her.

As a shelter resident, Maddy is still learning the ropes of life, but her willingness to please and her love for treats make her an eager and motivated learner.
