Jupiter

** Note: Jupiter is available for adoption in Toronto. His flight from Korea to Toronto is scheduled for May 30.

Background: Jupiter’s journey is marked by resilience. Born to a brave Dosa mother rescued from the harsh dog meat trade, he defied the odds alongside his two siblings. While one sibling lives in Toronto and their mother found a loving home in Korea, Jupiter currently lives with his sister and other canine companions at our partner boarding facility.

Personality: Jupiter is described as gentle, submissive, and friendly. He exhibits intelligence, is easy-going, and enjoys playtime with other dogs.

Behaviors: Prior to joining our boarding facility, Jupiter and his siblings attended a dog training school where they learned leash manners and socialization. Jupiter is comfortable with car rides, bathing, walking on a leash, and delights in outdoor activities. He hasn’t had exposure to cats or young children.

Socialization: Jupiter stands out as one of the most sociable and friendly dogs in our care. He gets along well with other dogs, particularly his nearly identical sister. Jupiter is loving, affectionate, and enjoys human company. He is outgoing and craves attention and affection from everyone he meets.

Health: Jupiter has undergone a thorough veterinary examination and is in good health and high spirits, ready to find his forever home. He has been neutered, microchipped, and receives monthly preventatives for internal and external parasites.

Ideal Home: Jupiter would make an excellent companion for almost anyone. Whether for a first-time dog owner or as a second dog in a household with another playful canine, he would fit right in. An ideal adopter would be someone who works from home or is retired, with plenty of time to dedicate to their furry friend. Jupiter’s sweet and mild-mannered nature makes him a wonderful addition to any family lucky enough to adopt him.
