Jojo

**Note: Jojo is currently in Korea, but we are looking for her forever home in Vancouver. Her flight from Korea to Vancouver is scheduled for June 30.

Background: Jojo was rescued from a puppy mill in Namyangju, Korea, earlier this month. She lived in a confined, dirty cage where no light penetrated. Enduring a life of darkness and forced breeding for profit, Jojo’s journey is one of resilience and hope.

Personality and Socialization: Known for her friendly, playful, and loving nature, Jojo finds joy in the company of both dogs and people. She gets along well with other dogs, though her experience with larger breeds is limited. Jojo has been fine around gentle and friendly dogs regardless of their sizes. She exudes affection and seeks attention, enjoying snuggles and petting from her human companions. While comfortable with men, she lacks exposure to young children and cats.

Behaviors: Jojo is still learning to use pee-pads and is getting better at it. While she’s getting used to walking on a leash, she doesn’t have much experience yet but enjoys playing outside and relaxing. She likes toys, doesn’t mind baths or grooming, and is okay with car rides.

Health: Having undergone thorough veterinary care, including vaccinations and microchipping, Jojo receives monthly internal and external parasite preventatives to ensure her well-being. She also completed her dental work, including scaling and some teeth extraction. Now she has a clean bill of health and stands ready for a loving forever home.
