Froggy, a lovable canine, was discovered wandering the streets of a small village in Paju, Korea during the summer of 2017. Since then, she has been living in a shelter alongside her fellow four-legged companions.
Within the shelter walls, Froggy shines as one of the most affectionate and friendly dogs. She warmly greets every shelter staff member and volunteer, her tail wagging eagerly in anticipation of gentle head caresses. Her perpetual cheerfulness is a delight to witness.
When it comes to interacting with other dogs, Froggy remains mostly indifferent, except for her dislike of dominant and overbearing canines. She happily coexists with her current roommate and is good with the company of gentle and friendly dogs.
Unfortunately, Froggy’s frustrating life in the shelter has left her with a limited number of teeth. Her dislike for being confined in a kennel drove her to chew on its wires for years, resulting in the erosion of many of her teeth. Thankfully, she doesn’t suffer from periodontitis or any dental nerve issues, allowing her to relish her meals and snacks without impediment.
This summer has posed significant challenges for Froggy, as scorching temperatures and high humidity make it almost unbearable for her. With the mercury soaring to nearly 40 degrees Celsius, she struggles to eat, often resorting to lying down and consuming only a small portion of her food. Froggy’s greatest joy lies in venturing out for outdoor walks. However, the relentless weather conditions make this activity nearly impossible for her at the moment.
Froggy’s perfect adopter would have prior experience in caring for dogs and lead a calm, relaxed lifestyle. An individual who can devote ample spare time to Froggy would be an ideal match, ensuring she receives the attentive care and companionship she truly deserves. Our heartfelt desire is to find Froggy a loving home, considering she has spent the last six years within the shelter’s confines. We believe that her forever family is out there, eagerly waiting to welcome her into their hearts.
