Eunho

Background: Eunho was one of 16 dogs saved from a hoarding situation. The elderly owner fell ill and was hospitalized. The dogs were left neglected, causing complaints from neighbors. A shelter volunteer discovered the issue, eventually leading to the rescue of all the dogs.

Living Environment: Eunho currently resides in a shelter with other dogs rescued from the same hoarding situation. He stays close to them and spends most of his time with his fellow rescued companions.

Personality: Although initially cautious, Eunho shows his affectionate and loving side once he feels at ease. It may take time for him to warm up and trust, but with those he likes, he becomes very affectionate, playful, and loving. Eunho is full of curiosity and affection.

Behaviors: Eunho enjoys outdoor walks. He shows independence and is content playing alone, enjoying his toys. Surprisingly, he doesn’t display any signs of separation anxiety. Eunho is comfortable bathing with someone he trusts and prefers relieving himself outdoors. Furthermore, he demonstrates a quick learning ability and intelligence.

Socialization: Eunho gets along with dogs his size but is wary of large, hyper, or dominant dogs. He shares a close bond with shelter staff but feels nervous around men, requiring time to build trust with them. Additionally, he lacks experience with cats or young children.

Health: Initially heartworm positive, Eunho completed treatments and is now healthy. Neutered, microchipped, and vaccinated, he receives monthly preventative care.

Ideal Home: Best suited for someone experienced with dogs like Eunho, living in a quiet, relaxed environment. Due to his comfort around women, a retired female or single-woman household is ideal. Requires a patient and committed person who is willing to provide time, training, and loving care. Anyone willing to give him a second chance will be rewarded with Eunho’s loving kisses and loyalty.
