Earth

Earth, one of the eight puppies, was discovered near a military base in Paju during the winter of 2020. The puppies were sent to a high-kill shelter but were rescued just before facing euthanasia. While staying at the shelter, Earth’s brothers found their own families, leaving poor baby Earth without anyone. This led to him becoming stressed and developing a distressing habit of licking his belly and thigh, which caused hair loss and a deteriorating skin condition. Fortunately, a foster family stepped in to care for him until he finds his forever home, providing him with attentive care that helped his beautiful golden coat fully grow back.

Earth has a gentle and reliable personality. He peacefully coexists with four cats, a dog, and a child in his foster home. While indoors, he remains calm and content, but once outside, his playful nature emerges. Earth particularly enjoys hiking and is always ready for a car ride, making him an excellent companion for any adventure. He has been potty-trained and demonstrates good leash manners.

Through positive reinforcement training, Earth has learned to interact harmoniously with children and cats. He has mastered commands such as sit, lay-down, paw, stay, touch, and even using the light switch. Earth understands both Korean and English languages, as well as hand motions.

Earth takes great care not to destroy his toys, displaying respectful and gentle behavior. Once he starts trusting you, he will wholeheartedly devote himself to you, offering unwavering loyalty and affection.

The ideal adopter for Earth is someone with experience in handling large-sized dogs and who enjoys outdoor activities with their canine companion. It would be beneficial for them to either work from home or have a lot of spare time to spend with their dog.

DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heartworm prevention are all done.
