Chess was rescued from a challenging life in a puppy mill in Namyangjoo, Korea, last spring. Soon after her rescue, Chess gave birth to two puppies. She and her puppies stayed in a foster home. Eventually, the foster family adopted the puppies, and Chess came to us.
Currently, Chess is living with other furry friends at our partner boarding house. She is mellow and playful and gets along well with other dogs. Chess also loves being around people. She is a calm and gentle soul, often found quietly following her human companions, looking for a chance to snuggle and share some love.
Her easy-going nature makes her perfect for someone who’s new to having dogs. She’s calm and not too demanding, ideal for first-time dog owners. If you already have a dog and are thinking of adding another, Chess would fit right in as a loving second pet.
We think the best home for Chess would be with someone who has lots of time to give. Maybe you work from home, or you’re retired, and you’re looking for a furry friend to spend your days with. If you have time and love to spare, Chess could be the perfect addition to your life.
