Charming

Background: Charming was rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation in Korea. She was one of nineteen neglected dogs found abandoned in a parking lot and taken to a city pound. Thankfully, they were all saved just in time. Today, Charming is safe and cared for, living with other dogs at our boarding house.

Personality and Socialization: Charming truly lives up to her name—she’s a cute, friendly, and affectionate girl with an easygoing nature. She’s not shy around strangers and welcomes both men and women with her warm personality. Charming enjoys being close to her humans and loves cuddles. Her energy level is medium, and she isn’t bossy, loud, or demanding.

While she hasn’t had direct experience with young children or cats, her friendly and adaptable personality suggests she could do well with proper introductions.

Behavior: Charming is low maintenance and very well-mannered. She walks nicely on a leash and enjoys following her person around. She gets along well with other dogs, especially those who are small, friendly, and gentle like her. However, she may feel a bit overwhelmed by dogs who are overly dominant, hyper, or much larger in size.

She handles car rides, vet visits, and bath time with ease—nothing seems to faze her. Caring for Charming is truly a joy.

Health and Diet: Charming is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on all vaccinations. She receives regular parasite prevention and has no known allergies. Her recent vet check went very well—her heart, joints, and legs are healthy and strong.
