Background: Bennetta was rescued from a city pound just before euthanasia and lived at a private shelter for about a year. Earlier this year, she joined our partner boarding house, where she has been living with other dogs.
Personality and Socialization: Bennetta is a chill and friendly girl with medium energy. She is gentle and not overly playful or extroverted. She gets along great with other dogs and has shown no signs of aggression or trouble. With people, she is a bit shy at first but quickly becomes curious and warms up.
Behaviors: Bennetta loves outdoor time and going for walks. She has good leash manners and follows her humans well. She enjoys toys, water, and spending time with her humans. Indoors, she is quiet, chill, and not demanding. Bennetta loves treats and food.
Health: Bennetta has completed her vet exam with no concerns. She is healthy and ready for her forever home. She has been spayed, microchipped, and is up to date on vaccinations. She also takes monthly internal and external parasite preventatives.
Ideal Home: Bennetta would thrive in a relaxed home with someone who has time to spend with her. An individual who works from home or is retired would be ideal, providing her with the companionship and attention she loves.
