Bell was saved from a city pound just before facing euthanasia last winter. Since then, she has been residing with other dogs at our partner boarding house.
Personality: Bell has a medium energy level and tends to be reserved initially. However, once she feels at ease, she blossoms into a very affectionate and friendly companion.
Behavior: Bell is a quiet Chihuahua who rarely barks and is mostly serene. She is pee pad-trained and behaves well during car rides and walks on a leash. She will tolerate a bath.
Socialization: Bell is comfortable around dogs of various sizes, as long as they are friendly and gentle. While she may initially be shy around new people, once she builds a connection, she becomes affectionate and sweet. Bell has not had any exposure to cats or children.
Health: Bell has undergone a thorough veterinary examination, is spayed, microchipped, and has received all necessary vaccinations. She receives monthly parasite prevention treatment. Bell is in good health, without any known allergies. She is ready for her forever home.
Ideal Home: Bell would thrive in a household with adults only as she likes a quiet and relaxing environment and lifestyle. Previous dog experience would be beneficial as she is more comfortable with individuals who understand canine behavior. Bell is a smart, affectionate, and loyal companion.
