Get monthly updates about dogs like Becker and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.

Becker and his sibling were rescued from a small village in Paju, Korea. Becker briefly stayed in a foster home, but due to the foster’s personal reasons, he returned to the shelter. Since then, he has been living with other dogs at the shelter.

Becker displays a gentle and friendly demeanor toward people he knows well. However, he tends to feel nervous and shy around strangers, particularly men. When surrounded by other dogs, Becker becomes more at ease, showing increased relaxation and confidence. In new environments, he is generally quiet and a bit timid, but his nature is undeniably gentle and sweet. He is truly a loving boy.

Currently, Becker is in the process of learning leash manners. Although he still feels a bit nervous when wearing the leash outside, we are observing daily progress in his training.

The ideal adopter for Becker would be someone with experience in caring for rescue dogs like him, preferably in a female-dominant household, as he feels more comfortable around women. A home with another friendly canine companion and a fenced-in backyard in a quiet neighborhood would be perfect for him. With the right adopter, Becker is sure to blossom and become an affectionate and cherished member of a loving family.

Becker is available for adoption. The fee to adopt Becker is $780.
