Banjak found her way to us from a small village in Chuncheon, Korea, where her previous owner had neglected her. Since her rescue, Banjak has been living in our partner boarding house, sharing her space with other dogs.
Banjak is known for her relaxed and easygoing nature, which makes her a great companion for other dogs. She has a gentle energy level and isn’t overly demanding. If you’re searching for Banjak, you’ll likely find her comfortably lounging on her bed or taking a peaceful nap.
When Banjak warms up to you, get ready for non-stop affection in the form of enthusiastic licking! She’s also quite independent and doesn’t constantly seek attention, making her a low-maintenance pet.
While she enjoys indoor naps, her heart truly belongs to the outdoors. When she’s outside, she’s a curious explorer, savoring every moment as she sniffs and discovers the world through various scents. She generally behaves well on a leash, though there’s room for improvement, especially when distractions abound.
The perfect home for Banjak would be one where her human has plenty of free time to share with her. She’d thrive with someone who enjoys leisurely outdoor activities like park walks and hikes. Having a secure backyard for her to enjoy some personal space would be a plus, though it’s not a strict requirement for adoption. Banjak is ready to be your loyal and easygoing companion on all your adventures!
