Andong and his siblings were rescued from the streets of Paju, Korea in the summer of 2021. They were brought to a city pound and were at risk of being euthanized, but fortunately, rescued in time.

Andong was initially placed with a foster family, but due to personal reasons, he was returned to a shelter. When he first arrived, Andong was scared and unsure of his surroundings. However, with time and patience, he has become more comfortable and has made some furry friends. Although he is shy around strangers, he is a sweet and affectionate dog with people he trusts. He loves snuggling and getting attention from his human friends.

Andong gets along well with gentle and friendly dogs, but he can be afraid of hyper or dominant dogs. He also loves going for walks and is good on leash.

The ideal adopter for Andong is someone who has experience with dogs and lives in a quiet home in a peaceful neighborhood. Someone who is patient and can provide loving care would be perfect. It would be best if the adopter works from home or is retired, as Andong thrives with human companionship.
