Update: Youngsim has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!

NOTE: Youngsim will arrive in Vancouver on Jan 23, 2022.

Youngsim and her three puppies were rescued before being sold to the dog meat market. The owner was just waiting for the puppies to growup bigger. As the cold winter arrived, Youngsim and her puppies suffered more. It was not easy for us to convince the owner; in fact, we started even before Youngsim was pregnant. After several months of trying, finally, the owner agreed to surrender them to us. Currently, Yongsim and her puppies live in our partner boarding house in Gangneung, Korea.

Youngsim is a little bit shy around strangers and it will take some time for her to warmup towards new people. But once she feels comfortable, she becomes mellow and sweet. Also, she gets along well with other dogs; she is gentle and submissive.

Her ideal home is with a household where people are home for the majority of the day to spend time with her as she is still young and has very limited experiences in life. This includes getting used to new people, environments, leash training, and being outside. Her adopter should have patience and understanding to help her get settled.

Vaccination Details
