  • Age: 6 years, 6 months
  • Gender: Female
  • Spay/Neuter: Yes
  • Size: Medium
  • Weight: 11 kg (24 lbs)

  • Destination: Toronto

Update: Yoonjung has found a forever home in Toronto. Yay!

Yoonjung was found in a military base in Paju, Korea. She was roaming around looking for food; very skinny and shy at that time.

The military called an animal control and eventually she was sent to a city pound. but no one claimed her that she was about to get euthanized. Luckily, Yoonjung was discovered by someone for the euthanasia list and saved. Later she was sent to a no-kill shelter in Paju and since then she has been living in the shelter for almost a year.

Yoonjung is very affectionate, submissive, friendly and sweet to people. She even shows her belly to strangers.

She is fine with other dogs as long as they are not agressive or dominant, but the shelter manager thinks that she would do better alone. She enjoys a quiet, peaceful house.

She was once Coconut‘s roomate in Korea. Coconut has been adopted by a wonderflul family in Toronto. Now it’s Yoongjung’s turn. This adorable girl deserves better.
