Yomi was one of the four puppies survived from a highkill shelter in Jaecheon, Korea.

Yomi’s mother gave birth to 8 puppies in someone’s greenhouse. The greenhouse owner called the animal control and the family was moved to a shelter. But four puppies died in a row at the shelter and one day the mother dog was found dead, too. The other four puppies were left alone and cried beside their mama who was no longer breathing. The babies were, however, very lucky. A colleague of ours who dropped by the shelter that day saw them crying. She rescued them right away. If they were not rescued that day, they would probably died, too.

Yomi and her sister Komi are very bonded. They sleep, play, and eat together. Yomi is very friendly and sweet to everyone; she is good with children, other dogs, and also cats.

Yomi and her sister Komi are coming to Toronto around January 20th.
