Sookja was a street dog found in Jeju island, Korea last winter. After being rescued, he stayed with a foster for a few months. But during that time, he was chained and kept outside even in cold winter. Several times, Sookja tried to escape so the foster put two chains. He probably thought that it was better to live as a stray dog with freedom than living like that.

Thankfully, Sookja was moved to a dog boarding house near Seoul recently and lives with other dogs. He is very gentle and friendly and has already made many furry friends.

Sookja is also very affectionate to people; very cuddly, easy-going, and sweet.

Sookja will be good for someone who is looking for a second dog or even for a first time dog owner.
