Samuel was rescued from a highkill shelter in Kimpo before he was euthanized.
He is affectionate and friendly to people and also other dogs. But it takes some time for him to get comfortable with new people and surroundings. He was very scared when he arrived in the current shelter. It took a couple of weeks for him to come out of his shell. Since then, he has been very playful, sweet, and friendly. Samuel is definally comfortble there. But the shelter cannot be his forever home. He lives in the shelter where the temperture goes up over 40 Celsius and in winter he has to live outdoor shelter with no heat.
Samuel would become a wonderful and loving companion dog if a second chance is given to him. We wish he can have his second chance before cold winter arrives.

DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heatworm prevention are all done.
