Saebom

Saebom was rescued from a high kill shelter in Korea, and was lucky to find a foster family instead of being sent to a no kill shelter. She is now with a foster in Toronto.

She can be a little shy with strangers, but warms up very quickly. It isn’t long before she starts wagging her tail and asking to sit on your lap to cuddle. She is a smart girl who learns new things very quickly.

Saebom is very gentle and quiet, with a very laid back personality, but can also be playful. She enjoys running around to explore and playing with toys. She also walks very well on a leash and often looks to her handler for guidance and security. She likes to stay close to her people.

She can be very playful with dogs who engage with her, but isn’t very interested in those who don’t. However, she is afraid of dogs with dominant personalities or high energy. She currently lives with a cat in her foster home, whom she is indifferent to, but proper introductions should be expected in a home with cats as the dynamics are different in each scenario.

This sweet girl would do best with a forever family with a relaxed lifestyle in a quiet neighborhood and lots of time available to spend with her as she loves to stay close to people. She does well with car rides, but does not like to be confined in a carrier or crate.

Her name means “new spring” in Korean

DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heartworm prevention are all done.
