Update: Rain has found a forever home in Toronto. Yay!
This beautiful baby was rescued from a dog tonic shop in Daegu, Korea. The dog tonic, Gaesoju in Korean, is a drink that is made with dog meat and herbs. Many people in Korea consider it as health supplement. He was one of the seven puppies who were locked in a cage in front of the shop. When a puppy is selected by a customer, he/she is killed for Gaesoju. Luckily the seven puppies were all rescued and are waiting for their forever families.
Rain is a Border Collie and Golden Retriever mix who is very sweet and social. Friendly to both people and other dogs.
The ideal family is someone living in a house with a fenced backyard. Since he is still young, it would be great if the family has flexible work schedule or has someone home a lot.
