Update: Norang has found a forever home in Seattle. Yay!
Norang was rescued with his siblings last February in Korea. He was abandoned outside in cold winter in the middle of nowhere.
Norang is a little bit shy around strangers but very adorable and cute. He is currenly at a foster home in Portland.
