Update: Noel has found a forever home in Toronto. Yay!
Noel was found in cabbage field in Gangneung, Korea. He was tied to a pole with no food or water and was trembling with fear and cold. Noel was rescued but was sadly sent to a highkill shelter. Later his name appeared on the list of euthanasia and one of our colleagues in Korea rescued him.
Noel plays well with other dogs. He likes to play and run around. Noel is friendly, sweet, and active baby. Noel is coming to Toronto on Jan. 10th.
Vaccination Details
DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heatworm prevention are all done.
