Update: Moktak has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!
Moktak was found last winter near Weolbong shelter in Changnyung, Korea. She was shivering badly from fear and hunger in the dark. It was so lucky that she was found by the Buddhist nun who runs the shelter. The little puppy was named Moktak, the wooden percussion instrument used for chanting by Buddhist clergy. Since then she has been living in the shelter with other dogs.
Moktak is a very loving and sweet girl who gets along well with everyone. Indeed, she is one of the most popular puppies among shelter volutneers: she is very snuggly and affectionate. Moktak will be great for someone who is looking for a second dog as she is very friendly and gentle.
