Hoi was rescued from a puppy mill in Milyang, Korea. She was sent to a city pound but no one showed up to adopt her. Hoi was rescued by Ms. Jung just right before she was euthanized.
Hoi has been adopted by a wonderful Canadian, Jamie in Kingston.
