Dongyi was one of the 101 dogs who were rescued from the Siheung dog meat farm in Korea in May.
Despite the horrible circumstances she was rescued from, Dongyi has been very adaptable to all the changes to her new life and freedom. She does well with the dogs at the boarding house and is playful and makes friends easily. She is submissive, gentle and friendly and gets along well with small dogs and also senior dogs.
Dongyi is a little bit shy around strangers, but it doesn’t take long for her to get curious and warm up to strangers. All she needs is a little bit of time and patience.
Her ideal home would be with someone who lives a relaxed lifestyle and has experience with dogs. She would love another doggy sibling to run around and play with and learn from. Dongyi would love enjoy a secure yard to run around and lounge in. However, this would be a preference and not a requirement for adoption. Whoever adopts this gentle, sweet baby is lucky.

DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heartworm prevention are all done.
