Update: Doa has found a forever home in Toronto. Yay!

Doa was one of the six Dosa dogs rescued from devastating floods in Dangjin, Korea last year. Raised for meat, ironically the floods saved Doa’s life from being slaughtered that summer. Dodo, one of the six Dosas, has been adopted early this year and now she lives with her family in Toronto. Now it is Doa’ turn.

Doa is a loving gentle girl. From day 1, she has gained a large fanbase and quickly earned the reputation of being “the favorite” among staff, trainers, and volunteers (don’t tell the others!) Her friendly, mellow, gentle, and charming personality wins over the hearts of everyone who meets her, wherever she goes.

This beautiful girl is very loyal, obedient, and affectionate. She loves getting pets and belly rubs – it is probably the one thing she could do forever. However, despite loving the attention and asking for more, Doa is also not demanding or jealous. She has a submissive personality and gets along well with all the dogs at the boarding house, whether small, large, or senior.

The ideal adopter is someone who has a secure yard in a quiet neighborhood and has experience with dogs. Doa would love to have 1 or 2 friendly doggy siblings although it is not required.
