Update: Bangshik has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!

Bangshik was rescued from a dog meat seller last spring. He was tied to a pole 24/7 and was given no water or shelter. One of the shelter volunteers saw him one day, and it was clear he was asking to be saved. He would light up and pull on his short chain trying to get to her. The volunteer eventually reached out for help, and Bangshik was finally rescued and taken to our partner boarding house.
Bangshik is a very social and affectionate boy who does well with both people and other dogs. He is playful and loves to play with other dogs at the shelter, but also calms down and loves his snuggle time with humans. Playing with other dogs and snuggling with humans are probably 2 of his most favorite activities.
Bangshik would be great for someone who is looking to add a friendly and playful member to their pack. He is social, friendly, playful, cuddly, and affectionate.
Vaccination Details
DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heartworm prevention are all done.
