Background: Tarae was rescued this past spring from a city pound in Gimje, Korea, along with several other puppies. Since her rescue, she’s been living at our boarding house with other dogs, waiting patiently for her forever family to find her.

Personality and Socialization: Tarae is a happy, affectionate, and absolutely adorable little girl. She has a lovely medium energy—playful and lively but not overwhelming. She loves people and enjoys being close to them, always ready to shower you with affection.

She’s also great with other dogs, especially small and friendly ones who enjoy playing. Most of her best buddies at the boarding house are young, gentle pups like her.

Behaviour: So far, Tarae has been a dream puppy. She hasn’t shown any destructive behaviors and has been calm and well-mannered during vet visits and baths. She even received compliments from the vet staff for being so easy to handle. She’s still getting used to car rides, but has handled them well so far. Potty-wise, she uses both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty areas.

Leash walking is new to her, so her future family should be ready to start slow leash training with lots of patience and positive reinforcement.

Health and Diet: Tarae is microchipped, spayed, and fully vaccinated. Her parasite tests came back clear, and she’s on regular monthly prevention. She eats dry kibble and has shown no allergies. She recently had a full vet checkup and is healthy and ready to join her forever home.

Ideal Home: Tarae is a sweet, smart, and lovable puppy who will thrive in a home that understands she’s still learning about the world. Her adopter should be patient and committed to guiding her as she grows.

Because she’s young, one of our main requirements is a home where someone has a flexible schedule and can be with her most of the time. Being left alone for long hours isn’t fair especailly to a dog still adjusting to the world. A person who works from home or is retired would be a wonderful match. With the right love and support, Tarae will grow into the most loyal and loving companion.
