Get monthly updates about dogs like Taeri 2 and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.
Background: Last winter in Paju, Korea, Taeri was rescued from the streets at just four months old. After a few months in a foster home, she was returned to a shelter as she grew bigger. Initially struggling with confusion, sadness, and feeling overwhelmed, Taeri gradually adjusted to her surroundings and became more comfortable.
Personality and Socialization: Taeri is a lovable dog with a medium energy level. She’s affectionate, playful, and full of charm—always eager to be around people and spend time together. While she might feel a bit shy around strangers at first, she warms up quickly once she gets to know them. Taeri also gets along well with other dogs, though she can feel a bit uneasy around dominant or overly energetic pups. She has no experience with cats or young children.
Behaviors: Taeri is still learning to walk on a leash and can be a bit nervous in new environments. However, once she feels comfortable, she enjoys tagging along with her humans on walks. She prefers to do her business outside but will use pee pads indoors if necessary. Taeri handles car rides and baths fine.
Health and Diet: Taeri is spayed, microchipped, and up-to-date on all her vaccinations. She also takes monthly preventatives for internal and external parasites. She’s a healthy girl, ready to bring peace and love to her forever home. She enjoys dry kibbles twice a day. Currently, there are no known allergies.
Ideal Home: Taeri’s ideal adopter would have ample time to spend with her, perhaps someone who works from home or is retired. Having another furry friend to play with would be great for her. Taeri’s perfect match would understand her needs, provide the necessary training and care, and be ready to offer lots of love and affection.
Taeri 2 is available for adoption. The fee to adopt Taeri 2 is $780.
Note: US adopters are responsible for customs clearance fee, which is approximately $140 USD.
