Songhee is a friendly dog rescued in Hwasung, Korea last summer. Found near a dangerous highway and close to a dog meat farm, she was luckily saved in time. Currently, she’s living with other dogs at our partner boarding house.
Songhee loves dogs of all sizes and gets along with them brilliantly. She is playful and friendly and never gets into a fight with other dogs.
When it comes to people, Songhee is a bit shy with new people. But give her a few days, and she’ll warm up, showing her affectionate and sweet side. She walks nicely on a leash and enjoys her walks a lot.
After her rescue, Songhee completed treatment for heartworms and anaplasmosis. Now healthy and cheerful, she’s all set for her journey to a forever home.
The perfect home for Songhee would be with someone who already has a friendly dog and has some experience with dogs. Someone who works from home or is retired would be ideal for her. Songhee is a real cutie, and whoever adopts her is going to be very fortunate.
