Somi

Somi is one of the 55 dogs rescued from a dog meat farm in Namyangju, Korea, last year by Wizard of Hope volunteers. Somi is a rare Korean dog breed called Dong-Kyoung who is well known for their intelligence and also bobtail.

Somi is still skittish and not good at walking on a leash yet. She is scared of a leash which is sadly very common for dogs especially rescued from a dog meat farm. But she likes to be around shelter volunteers and also likes to run around and play with friends. Somi will do well with a family/person who has a friendly dog around his size.
