Get monthly updates about dogs like Prince 2 and follow their journey from suffering to a forever-loving home.
Background: Prince was rescued this summer as part of the “Save 100 Dogs” project from Chuncheon City Pound. Since then, he’s been living with other dogs at our partner boarding house, waiting for his forever home.
Personality and Socialization: Prince is a gentle, calm boy with medium energy. He’s great with people—both men and women—and is comfortable around strangers. He’s also very friendly with other dogs, but he prefers the company of gentle, easygoing dogs rather than hyper or bossy ones. If a bossy dog tries to push him around, Prince simply walks away instead of getting into any conflict. He’s a sweet and submissive dog, but he hasn’t been around cats or young children yet.
Behaviors: Prince is pretty easygoing. He’s fine with baths and does okay in the car, though he can get a little nervous, but he never complains. At the vet, he’s been a champ during checkups and vaccinations. Inside the house, he’s quiet and rarely barks. So far, there’s been no sign of destructive behavior. He has limited experience walking on a leash, but once he’s comfortable with his surroundings, he becomes curious and eager to explore.
Health and Diet: Prince is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on all his vaccinations. He also takes monthly preventatives for internal and external parasites. He’s a healthy boy, ready to bring peace and love to his forever home. He enjoys dry kibbles twice a day. Currently, there are no known allergies.
Ideal Home: Prince is a mellow, obedient dog, making him a great match even for first-time dog parents or someone looking for a second dog. He’s laid-back and gets along well with others. Ideally, he’d do best in a home where someone works from home or is retired, so he can have plenty of time and attention from his people. Prince is a very loving and adorable little boy. Whoever adopts him will be incredibly lucky to have him in their life!
