Background: Mana and Dongah were discovered tied up in the mountains as puppies. They were later taken to a city pound in Gwangju, Korea, where they ended up on the euthanasia list. Fortunately, they were rescued and joined our care last month. Mana lived with other dogs at our partner boarding house until he left Korea.
Living Environment: Currently, he is staying at a foster home in a condo in Vancouver.
Personality: He is an affectionate, optimistic, and playful boy with moderate energy.
Behaviors: Mana is comfortable with car rides and baths, but walks well on a leash. But he may get a bit nervous if it is a new environment or crowded area. Mana is very quiet indoors.
Socialization: Mana interacts harmoniously with other dogs. He is gentle, sociable, and delights in playing with dogs of various sizes. When it comes to people, he is affectionate and sweet. Mana has not had any exposure to cats or young children.
Health: He has been neutered, microchipped, and is up to date with vaccinations. Monthly flea, tick, and heartworm preventatives are provided.
Ideal Home: The perfect adopter for Mana would be someone who works from home or is retired. They should enjoy having their dog by their side throughout the day and engaging them in daily activities. Another friendly furry companion would be a great match for Mana to play with. He would be suitable for first-time dog owners or those looking to add a second dog to their family. Whoever adopts this boy will be extremely fortunate.
