Dalbon

Background: Dalbon and her puppy were rescued just three days before their scheduled euthanasia at a high-kill shelter in Milyang, Korea. Since then, she’s been living safely at our boarding house, sharing space with other dogs and waiting patiently for her forever family.

Personality and Socialization: Dalbon is a quiet, gentle soul with a loving heart. She’s very friendly with people and doesn’t shy away from strangers or men. Mellow, affectionate, and well-mannered, she’s an easy companion who enjoys calm environments.

When it comes to other dogs, Dalbon is mostly indifferent. She doesn’t engage much but always remains polite and peaceful. If another dog is dominant or pushy, she simply walks away. She’s never gotten into a fight—she’s too gentle for that. While she hasn’t met any cats, based on her calm personality, she’d likely be indifferent to them too.

Behaviours: Dalbon is smart, independent, and easy to care for. She handles car rides, vet visits, and bath time well—she might be a little nervous, but she’s very cooperative. Though she doesn’t have a lot of leash experience, she follows her person nicely on walks. She prefers to do her business outside but will use pee pads if needed.

Health and Diet: Dalbon is spayed, microchipped, and fully vaccinated. She receives regular monthly preventatives for fleas, ticks, and mosquitoes. She has no known allergies and enjoys her dry kibble twice a day.

Ideal Home: Dalbon is a gentle, low-maintenance dog who would be a wonderful match for even first-time dog parents. She would do best in a calm and quiet home with someone who is retired or works from home, as she loves being close to her people and finds joy in living a peaceful, loving life by their side. Dalbon is a truly lovely girl—whoever adopts this sweet and mellow soul will be very lucky to have her.
