Background: Bendi and his brother, Solae, were rescued this spring from a city pound in Milyang, Korea. Since then, they have been living at our boarding house with other dogs, waiting patiently for their forever family.

Personality and Socialization: Bendi is a gentle, quiet and mellow boy. He has a lovely medium energy—playful and lively, but not overwhelming. He loves being around people and enjoys cuddles and attention.

Bendi also gets along very well with other dogs, especially small and friendly ones who like to play. Most of his best buddies at the boarding house are young, and small dogs like him. He walks away from dogs that are bossy, dominant, or loud.

Behaviour: Bendi has been doing well with car rides and has shown great manners during vet visits and baths. The vet staff have even complimented him for being so easy to handle. He uses both indoor pee pads and outdoor potty spaces. While he’s still new to leash walking, he’s learning, and his future family should be ready to continue his training with patience and positive reinforcement.

Bendi also enjoys playing with toys and can entertain himself or engage in fun playtime with other dogs.

Health and Diet: Bendi is microchipped, neutered, and up to date on all vaccinations. His parasite tests came back clear, and he receives monthly prevention. He eats dry kibble and has shown no allergies. He recently had a full veterinary checkup and is healthy and ready for his forever home.

Ideal Home: Bendi is a sweet, smart, and loving puppy who will thrive in a home where he feels supported and safe. He’s still learning about the world, so his adopter should be patient, understanding, and committed to helping him grow.

Because he’s still young, we’re looking for a home where someone has a flexible schedule and can be with him most of the time. Leaving a young dog alone for long hours can be tough on them, especially during this important adjustment period. A person who works from home or is retired would be a wonderful match. With the right love and guidance, Bendi will grow into a loyal, gentle, and joyful companion.

Bendi is available for adoption. The fee to adopt Bendi is $780.

Note: US adopters are responsible for customs clearance fee, which is approximately $140 USD.
