Update: Sam has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!

* NOTE: Sam will arrive in Vancouver on September 16, 2021.

Sam was rescued from the streets in Incheon, Korea. Since then, he has been living with a foster family.

Sam is a very sweet, friendly and affectionate boy. He loves going for a walk, and is well mannered: when he meets other dogs on the streets, he is gentle and friendly. Also, unlike most Jindo dogs, Sam doesn’t lunge or try to chase cats when he sees them outside.

Sam is also house-trained (when foster parents are away from home for work for a long time, he uses peepads. He is very smart and tidy). Sam is also quiet and rarely barks inside home.

The ideal adopter is someone who works from home or is retired as Sam’s favorite thing is to spend time with his fosters. He follows the fosters everywhere and always wants to stay close to them; he even follows the fosters to the washroom and sits by the door waiting patiently. Sam is a very loving and sweet baby.
