Loongchi

Details:

  • Status: Adopted
  • Breed: Sapsali mix
  • Age: 2 years, 4 months
  • Gender: Male
  • Spay/Neuter: Yes
  • Size: Medium
  • Weight: 20 kg (44 lbs)
  • Location: Korea
  • Destination: Vancouver

Update: Loongchi has found a forever home in Vancouver. Yay!

*Note: Loongchi will arrive in VAncouver on May 8, 2022.

Loongchi was found on the streets last year and sent to a highkill shelter in Ansan, Korea. Although he was gentle and friendly, he didn’t receive any interest. In December Loongchi was rescued before being euthanized. Since then he has been living with a foster family in a small bachelor apartment.

Unfortunately, Loongchi is left alone all day but he stays quiet and shows no signs of separation anxiety or destructive behaviors. He is very obedient, patient, and sweet.

Loongchi is fine with a car-ride, walking on the leash, bathing, grooming, trimming his nails, taking the elevator and also a vet visit. He is such a smart and loving boy.

When it comes to dogs, Loongchi is a little bit selective: he doesn’t like hyper or dominant dogs. But he is fine with gentle dogs.

The ideal adopter is someone who has experience with dogs and works from home or is retired and lives in a quiet neighborhood.
