Baechoo

Our regular method of transporting dogs using flight volunteers has drastically decreased due to current flight/travel restrictions. An alternative, quicker option of flying via cargo can be made available, although at a greater financial cost. The cost can range from $1500 CAD to $2600 CAD depending on the size and weight of the dog, airline, and destination city. Dogs traveling via cargo will be able to arrive sooner as they are not dependent on travelers to bring them.

Applications for Toronto are temporarily paused in order for us to prioritize flights for adopted dogs waiting to fly home. We will return to Toronto soon, although we do not currently have a timeline for reopening. Applicants from Seattle, Washington are now eligible to apply!  

Last spring, Baechoo was rescued from the owner who raised dogs for meat in Yangpyung, Korea. But the owner was not happy with Baechoo because he was small and very skinny. It took two months for a local rescuer to convince the owner to surrender Baechoo. When he was finally released from chains that were shorter than a metre, Baechoo was so happy and didn’t stop zooming for hours.

Baechoo is a very happy and sweet dog: he loves to play with other dogs and is also very submissive and friendly. He always smiles and wags his tail.

If you are looking for a dog affectionate, snuggly and social, Baechoo is the dog.

Vaccination Details

DHPPL, Canine Influenza, Kennel Cough, Rabies, Corona, Heartworm test, Giardia test, Flea & tick & heartworm prevention are all done.
